You’ll join a motivated international team and contribute to projects with real global impact.Role SummaryThis blended role covers operations/administration and IT recruiting. You’ll help keep our internal engine running — managing calendars, documents, and invoicing — while supporting our growth through sourcing, screening, and coordination. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders and develop your professional skills in a modern remote setup.Responsibilities·        Operations (≈50%)·        Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize remote sessions.·        Triage inboxes, draft professional emails, and prepare documents/contracts.·        Handle simple invoicing/POs, vendor follow-ups, and digital filing.·        Take meeting minutes and track action items to closure.·        Support light HR administration (onboarding checklists, employee records).·        Talent / IT Recruiting (≈50%)·        Write clear job ads and perform targeted sourcing on LinkedIn (Boolean search).·        Screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and coordinate interview logistics.·        Maintain ATS/pipeline hygiene and weekly hiring metrics.·        Ensure a great candidate experience and fast, clear communication.Requirements·        1–3 years’ experience in administrative support and/or recruiting (IT recruiting a plus).·        Excellent English (written & spoken).
