We’re growing our operations team and seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional from Latin America to help us streamline renewals, manage workflows, and lead a high-performing support team.Position OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead / Manager to oversee a team of approximately five professionals handling day-to-day insurance operations and renewals. This role requires hands-on management, excellent communication, and deep familiarity with Applied Epic.You’ll be responsible for ensuring team efficiency, tracking renewals, maintaining workflows, and driving accountability across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of ~5 operations professionals handling insurance processes and renewals.Oversee and track the renewal pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and completion.Maintain and optimize workflow processes across multiple accounts.Review renewal spreadsheets and team outputs to ensure quality and timeliness.Utilize Applied Epic daily to manage client accounts, renewals, and internal workflows.Collaborate with licensed agents in the U.S. to ensure compliance and support business continuity.Act as the main operational point of contact between management and the support team.Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and leadership.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience with Applied Epic (required – must be proficient; no training provided).1+ years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in U.S. property and casualty.Proven team leadership or management experience.Strong organizational and workflow management skills.Excellent English communication skills; Spanish fluency preferred.Experience handling renewals and coordinating across departments.Tech-savvy with strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.Able to work U.S. Pacific Time (9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. PT).Preferred QualitiesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate others.CompensationMonthly fee commensurate with experience and skill level (based on 160 hours/month).
