Operations & Traffic Manager — Alternative Fuels and BiofuelsAbout Enviro TotalEnviro Total is driving growth in Europe’s alternative fuels and biofuels market — trading, supplying, and enabling the energy transition across borders.We connect sustainable material flows across Europe, transforming waste into energy and supporting a circular economy.As we scale, we’re looking for an Operations & Traffic Manager who will be the central link within the organization.Role OverviewYou’ll take full ownership of our logistics and operations across alternative fuels and biofuels — managing the full process from contract to cash.Working closely with traders, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners, you’ll ensure smooth trade execution, compliance, and efficiency from end to end.This role combines strategic coordination with hands-on execution — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants real influence over how Europe’s circular fuel markets operate.You’ll also play a key role in shaping and improving our operational systems and digital workflows, driving efficiency and scalability as we grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end trade execution process — from contract confirmation to delivery, invoicing, and payment.Coordinate cross-border movements of alternative fuels and biofuels, including scheduling, transport bookings, and documentation.Oversee trade documentation, Letters of Credit, and sustainability compliance in line with EU regulations and certification frameworks.Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, receivables tracking, and operational reporting.Develop and optimize logistics solutions (road, sea, multimodal), identifying new partners and efficiency gains.Monitor contract and delivery performance, proactively resolving delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial and operational priorities.Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to digitalization initiatives in logistics and trade execution.Act as the operational “go-to” expert, mentoring junior team members and supporting scalable growth.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in operations, logistics, or trade execution within a physical trading company — ideally in waste, biofuels, or biomass.Solid understanding of cross-border waste movements, sustainability certification (ISCC, RED), and EU regulatory frameworks.Knowledge of international trade documentation, Incoterms, and transport compliance.Strong communication and coordination skills — able to connect commercial, technical, and logistical stakeholders.Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset — comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving business environment.Based in Europe (preferably Sweden or Denmark).Nice to HaveNordic language skills (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian).European language skills (French, Spanish, or Italian).Experience in a niche or scaling trading organization.Familiarity with digital platforms for trade documentation, shipment tracking, and reporting.Why Join Enviro Total?We’re an ambitious, agile, and entrepreneurial company building the next generation of circular energy supply in Europe.Here, you’ll be part of a tight, driven team where decisions are made fast and every voice matters.You’ll have ownership, visibility, and real impact — helping shape how sustainable materials move across borders and into the energy system of tomorrow.We offer a dynamic environment with strong growth prospects, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to develop your career in a future-facing sector.Interested?If this sounds like you — even if you don’t meet every single requirement — we encourage you to apply.
