This is a training opportunity with long-term potential, working as part of a supportive team delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients.Key Responsibilities:Handle a large number of daily customer interactions via phone and emailCollaborate closely with operational teammates and senior staff to resolve customer issuesWork in real-time with field service professionals to ensure service delivery standardsLearn to navigate and manage internal scheduling software effectivelyManage scheduling changes and communicate updates clearly to field staffAction monthly follow-ups on service-related notificationsOptimize route schedules for operational efficiencyProcess invoices daily and assist with month-end sales reportingSupport the accounts team with follow-up communicationsMaintain a professional and high-standard customer service approachIdentify and communicate opportunities for additional service offeringsRepresent the full scope of company services with clarity and professionalismFollow all internal policies and contribute to wider business initiatives when requiredKey Requirements:3+ years in a customer service or sales-related roleStrong computer literacy – confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookTech-savvy and quick to learn new systemsAvailability for Saturday work when neededCaymanian status holder and rights to work applications will be prioritised.
