Job Summary:You will experience a 12 month rotation with a one-on-one mentoring program through Quick Service restaurants, Table Service restaurants, Banquet and Outdoor Vending in Park and Hotels. The role you -performed includes Host, Lead and Guest Service Manager and you will be trained by F&B area managers and operation managers. You also need to shadow with operation partners including Ops Finance, Revenue Management and Analytics, Workforce Management and Human Resources to be more familiar with related operations. Management Trainee should learn and grasp the skills from each position in order to provide the service with high quality in each step, which will improve guest overall satisfaction.Operations Trainees training courses will be provided from both operation and leadership perspective. You will learn about the operations of various restaurants and will gain basic management knowledge, including financial management, human resource planning, service management, and logistics planning, etc.Key Responsibilities: You shall participate in all parts of job training according to the training plan and pass the relevant assessments; You shall complete cross-position and cross-department training; You shall be responsible for your own learning achievements and communicate with your mentor regularly; You shall communicate with fellow Cast Members, encourage fellow Cast Members, and support their personal development, conduct effective shift briefings to ensure all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials and upselling products; You shall supervise team members to carry out their jobs. Oversee the implementation of standards as detailed in the Operation Guide. Share guests’ recommendations and comments to the Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to reflect current customer preference; You shall supervise the maintenance of service equipment to maintain good show quality; You shall hold responsibility for generating profits and cost control. Perform data analyzing, inventory managing and loss prevention with the team; You shall encourage and execute innovation, supervise the effect of innovation on Cast Members, guests and procedure improvement; You shall treat safety as the top priority at all times. Ensure fellow Cast Members and guests are in a safe and well-controlled dining environment; You shall liaise between other lines of business and work closely with Park and Resort Operations; You shall provide training and develop team members to deliver the Disney experience to guests.Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal); Have sound food and beverage knowledge, and related courses in food and beverage management or work experience as a trainee or other position in food and beverage; Know and follow the basics of hygiene and sanitation regulations, inventory control, and business flow and guest control relations; Be willing to work in food and beverage or retail industry, adapt to shift work, and be able to withstand high-intensity work pressure and efficient work rhythm; Be strong in execution and perform business acumen, work with initiative, have strong willingness and the ability to learn, and be able to adapt to new challenges; Keep positive and proactive, and be willing to communicate with others; Have innovative thinking and the ability to organize activities; Demonstrate computer proficiency within a Windows environment. Strong software and system skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, SAP etc.
