The KYC OPS Legal Entities team is responsible for: Onboarding new clients by analyzing acceptance based on KYC policies Recertification of existing client relationships, periodically or when new risk factors are identified.

Responsibilities Perform KYC checks during client onboarding Support periodic and ad-hoc recertification processes Ensure compliance with internal KYC policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently Language Requirements Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills French: Strong written and spoken communication skills English: Profound knowledge Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or Legal preferred) Mandatory Skills MS Office expertise Familiarity with IT tools Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English Customer-oriented approach Ability to work independently Stress resistance and flexibility Problem-solving skills Accuracy and precision Quality-mindedness
