Job DescriptionConduct Profit and Loss (P&L) calculation by tracking actual cost realization vs. budgetWork with relevant stakeholders for cost-reduction initiativesUndergo asset management through tracking systems and updating existing assetsIdentify loopholes/risks in existing processes related to costPropose, design, and implement process improvement needed to eliminate/mitigate any loopholes/riskLiaise with different stakeholders to ensure improvements are being executed properlyRequirementsPreferably 4+ years of working experience in Project Management, Operational ExcellenceExcellent in problem-solving, data analytics, project management, and financial analysisExperienced in managing multiple stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred) Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervisionGood communication skills and able to present key findings to the management teamEasy to adapt to the new environment
