Job Description

Job Summary: OPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT. Candidate will provide NISTCMMC compliance implementation, management, and tier 3 support for local and remote GovCon clients. Candidate will also provide implementation, management, and tier 3 support for local and remote commercial clients. Other responsibilities include ongoing management of cybersecurity systems, monitoring, and investigation support for potential cybersecurity incidents. Install, support, and maintain cloud based and on-premises networks and applications.

Configure and deploy new infrastructure equipment including firewalls, local area networks, wireless networks, servers, and related office infrastructure as well as support and maintain corporate application systems for email and intranet. Ability to work both independently, and as part of a cross-functional team with a willingness to take on new projects and responsibilities while handling multiple tasks concurrently. Contributes to a positive team/work environment while continually seeking ways to enhance contributions to the team. Skills & Competencies: Must have two or more below: Experience with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, Azure Entra ID (AD)Experience with cybersecurity within the DoDExperience with CMMC/NIST 800-171 implementation and documentationExperience with SIEM offeringsKey Responsibilities:

Experience with Firewall, VPN, and Layer 3 and 4 Switch configurations.

Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 1011 Operating Systems, Windows Server Operating Systems, Azure Entra ID, and Intune.
