Network Performance & Optimization Engineers (x6)About the RoleWe are looking for 6 experienced Network Performance & Optimization Engineers to join an exciting 5G rollout and optimization project in Türkiye.The selected professionals will work on-site at customer premises, providing hands-on support for 5G site tuning, KPI monitoring, optimization, and acceptance while mentoring customer teams on Nokia 5G performance management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Nokia NPO representative, guiding customers through cluster acceptance and optimization processes.Serve as the main technical interface, addressing NPO-related queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate within a multi-vendor environment, liaising between the Nokia Regional Optimization Team and customer teams to achieve cluster acceptance.Verify post-swap network parameters and monitor KPIs to support the swap follow-up process.Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and documentation outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related fieldProven experience in Telecom Rollout Projects and Radio Access Network (RAN) optimizationStrong working knowledge of Nokia 5G parameters, counters, and KPIsExpertise in drive test data analysis and network optimization toolsExperience with 5G swap projectsFamiliarity with OSS platformsExcellent communication skills – English is mandatory, Turkish is desirable
