You will partner with our operational teams to develop data products that will support efficiency analysis and further automation efforts.

Also lead efforts to enhance the automations within and around our ServiceNow platform that supports all requests coming into the operation organization.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and design tailored reporting solutionsDevelop and optimize Power BI dashboards, ensuring efficiency and interactive visualizationsAnalyze and integrate data from diverse systems, performing in-depth validations to ensure accuracyConduct regular checks on data integrity and troubleshoot quality issues using SQLAssist in the strategic vision for business process automation within our ServiceNow environment, delivering process improvements for our help desk and Client Operations functionAssist in the development and implementation of complex automation solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similarStrong experience with Power BIProficiency in SQL and ability to analyze raw datasets from various systemsAbility to interpret complex Excel spreadsheets and automate reporting processesEffective communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsExperience in supporting ETL processesPartner with senior leadership, business leads, and key stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive cross-functional alignment.
