Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of process engineersEnsure stability and continuous improvement of manufacturing processesCollaborate on the introduction of new products â from planning to productionCoordinate with the R&D department on technology transfersBe responsible for increasing yield and efficiencyManage documentation: control plans, process diagrams, SPC, etc. Work with capacity models, and monitor machine and workforce loadCollaborate with purchasing, quality, R&D, and maintenance departmentsManage team budget and ensure team safetySupport a culture of collaboration and lean principlesWeâre looking for someone who:
