If you're passionate about process validation, equipment integration, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you!TasksProcess and process flow design optimized for high yield and throughputDevelop fixtures, tooling, and equipment for prototypes and high-volume manufacturing of new products in collaboration with Mechanical EngineeringDesign and carry out feasibility studies of prototypes targeted for mass production in close collaboration with Product Engineering and OperationsResponsible for process validation, and release of the developed processes including capability studies, statistical process control, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of errorsSelect, install, modify, and maintain process equipment including IQ, OQ, PQProcess documentation, integration of process into production management environment, and training of co-workers on the new processesTravel up to 10% to transfer the developed processes to multiple production sitesCollaborate and contribute in multidisciplinary project teamsRequirementsMSc degree in microtechnology, chemistry, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent (Uni or FH)Experience in process development, preferably in high volume manufacturing environmentKnowledge in micro-assembly and semiconductor processing (MEMS), surface activation technologiesKnowledgeable of optical metrology methods (2D and 3D coordinate measurement systems, microscopes, spectrometer, etc.
