Oracle Presales Consultant

Role Summary:As an Oracle Presales Consultant at PwC Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation initiatives. You will collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions for clients, leveraging Oracle’s suite of cloud applications (ERP, HCM, CX, EPM). Your expertise will help PwC position itself as a trusted advisor and implementation partner for Oracle Fusion solutions.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Proposal Development:Understand client business needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion-based solutions.Develop and present tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution architectures.Collaborate with sales teams to create winning proposals and RFP responses.Client Engagement & Relationship Building:Act as a trusted advisor during the presales cycle, articulating the value of Oracle Fusion applications.Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with clients to identify pain points and opportunities.Collaboration with Delivery Teams:Work closely with implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with delivery capabilities.Support transition from presales to delivery, ensuring continuity and client satisfaction.Market & Product Expertise:Stay current with Oracle Fusion product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Provide feedback to Oracle and PwC’s internal teams to enhance offerings and methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/HCM/CX/EPM presales or implementation.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and modules.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in consulting or system integrator environments is preferredPreferred Skills:Knowledge of PwC’s “Rapid Fit 2 Cloud” framework and Fusion accelerators.Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration tools (SOA, OIC).Ability to identify gaps in client requirements and propose innovative solutions.Thai language proficiency and experience in the Thai market is a MUST.
