Oracle Technical Lead

We're Hiring: Oracle Technical LeadLocation: Giza, Egypt - Full-time About the Role:HTS Group is looking for an Oracle Technical Lead‏We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Technical Lead to join our dynamic technical team. You will be the technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based database solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. You will play a pivotal role in leading the technical team and making architectural decisions.Core Requirements (Must Have) :1. Strong Technical Expertise:‏· Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle database environments and application development.‏· Strong and proven expertise in Oracle PL/SQL: Design, development, and management of Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Anonymous Blocks.‏· Strong proficiency in Oracle APEX (Application Express) for rapid application development (RAD), with experience in recent versions.‏· Deep experience in writing complex SQL queries and database performance tuning using tools like EXPLAIN PLAN, AWR and SQL Tuning Advisor.‏· Experience in relational Data Modeling, Normalization, and creating/modifying database structures (DDL).‏· Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL Developer and SQL*Plus.‏2. Technical Leadership Skills:‏· Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and DBAs, including task assignment and code review.‏· Experience in analyzing requirements and translating them into effective technical designs and implementations.‏· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for complex issues.‏· Ownership of ensuring code quality, efficiency, and team output.‏3.
