What you’ll be doingYour responsibilities will vary from day to day, as you can imagine…There is a certain dynamics and constant novelty associated to this role, but, if you are the one we are looking for, this is exactly what will excite you!Some of the most common activities involve: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s real estate portfolio, ensuring maximum return on investment and operational efficiency. Ensure full delivery of Facility Management services (using both internal and external resources) for all assigned properties, aligning with legal, safety, and budgetary requirements.
Coordinate operational activities such as front desk/reception, utilities contracts, courier, and archiving services. Monitor business case development, financial planning (CAPEX/OPEX), and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls (e. g. , SOX, internal audit). Lead strategic initiatives related to real estate planning, utilization, and cost efficiency across all Orange properties nationwide. Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and performance. Prepare and manage the Facility Management annual budget, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Analyse real estate market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth or cost optimization. Represent the company’s property interests in executive meetings and budget reviews. Team & Leadership ResponsibilitiesManage a multidisciplinary team (including Facilities and Maintenance Contract Managers etc), setting SMART objectives and evaluating performance. Support team development through task delegation, training, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with HR in aligning job roles, responsibilities, and internal procedures. Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and fostering team cohesion.
