Strategically manage the CVM department to achieve marketing, business, and corporate objectivesDefine and implement short- and long-term CVM improvement plansLead the development and deployment of predictive models and ensure their practical applicationOversee internal and external customer surveys, interpret results, and propose actionable recommendationsManage and motivate the CVM team, including performance evaluation, development planning, and succession strategyFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and employee satisfactionMonitor trends and innovations in CVM and implement new technologies and processesWho are we looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in CVM and strategic customer value managementA leader who inspires teams and pushes boundaries through innovationExpertise in customer segmentation and campaign management toolsAdvanced knowledge of analytical and visualization toolsExperience working with relational databases and tools like SQLStrong skills in data analytics, synthesis, survey processing, statistics, and reportingWe offer: From 4000 EUR/month + 20 % performance bonuses (according to fulfilled goals).
