Providing legal advice and support to all internal stakeholders (applies to all areas of law, in particular corporate, commercial, competition, employment law)Commercial & Competition law (preparation and review of various distribution and logistics contracts and other legal documentation, management of contracts database)Employment law (preparation of relevant documentation and legal support on HR &Tax related Group projects)Corporate law (corporate changes in all countries where Orbico operates; corporate law advisory and managing corporate related documentation)Preparation of legal notices and recommendations from the Group levelCoordination and close cooperation with legal departments and external legal advisors in all Orbico Group companiesSupporting local companies in internal process reviews, new policy rollouts and implementationParticipation in projects, meetings, preparing presentations and trainingsQualifications:
At least 4-5 years of experience in legal affairsBar exam is an advantage, but not requiredGood interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of corporate law and proceduresFluent in English (both spoken and written)- C1 level required, preferably with Legal English certificateLegal research and analytical skillsAbility to function independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power PointAbility to occasionally travel.
