OverviewA major transformation program is underway within the asset finance and leasing space, and we’re hiring two permanent Business Analysts to help build next-generation digital platforms. These roles offer a unique chance to work across the full lifecycle—from customer origination through to settlement—shaping both the customer experience and the supporting technology stack. You’ll be embedded in a high-performing Agile delivery team, with the opportunity to influence solution design, improve end-to-end workflows, and bring meaningful digital change to a traditionally manual space.
What You’ll Be DoingPartner with business and technology stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into user storiesCollaborate with developers, product owners, and testers in a cross-functional Agile squadMap and optimise workflows across CX, origination, settlement, and case managementDefine functionality and integration for digital apps and core platform buildsSupport agile ceremonies—stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcasesDocument business processes, edge cases, and support testing activityWe’re Looking For3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or platform-driven environmentsStrong Agile delivery background (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)Industry experience in fleet, leasing, asset finance, or related lending productsConfident stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsAbility to work in ambiguous and evolving team structuresClear, structured communication—both written and verbalAbout the ProgramThis is a multi-stream digital build focused on:
