The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of stock control and financial systems, and a passion for optimizing operational workflows. At the core of our operations is the seamless orchestration of product order processing, from the initial receipt of an order to its successful closure. Main responsibilitiesOrder Entry: We efficiently input Sales Orders into our ERP system. Financial Reports: We create dynamic project financial reports, capturing all contract variations and procurement details. Stock Allocation: Our expertise lies in allocating stock to customer Sales Orders, maintaining availability. Procurement Coordination: We craft procurement documentation for equipment and services, ensuring accuracy, whether internal or external. Timely Orders: We expedite or slow down orders to align with project timelines, ensuring a harmonious rhythm. Liaison and Delivery: We liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments for seamless delivery. Invoicing: Our invoicing process is precise, ensuring financial harmony. Stock Management: We keep stock information up-to-date and accurate. Procurement Efficiency: We raise purchase orders and handle goods received efficiently. Financial Insights: Our financial reporting and forecasting provide valuable insights. Customer Focus: Above all, we prioritize providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications and RequirementsQualification: Ideally Bachelor Degree but we open on this. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Skills: Understanding of and proven ability to use order processing systems with invoicing, purchasing and stock control interface (ERP). Customer: Strong focus on client satisfaction.
