Order and Delivery Manager

Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are looking for an Order and Delivery Manager (ODM) to join Ericsson’s Supply & Logistics organization in the East & North Africa (ENA) cluster. Based in Rwanda or Tanzania, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth end-to-end order fulfillment, from order creation through delivery and returns. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse regional team, collaborate across multiple countries, and contribute to Ericsson’s mission of delivering reliable connectivity solutions across Africa.What you will do:Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle, including order entry, distribution, delivery execution, returns, and operational fulfillmentCoordinate import/export processes and ensure compliance with Ericsson procedures and local regulationsReview production plans and confirm delivery timelines with hubs and stakeholdersMonitor and resolve order deviations, escalations, shipment discrepancies, and invoicing issuesCollaborate with internal stakeholders (80%) and external partners (20%) such as logistics service providers and customersDrive improvements in supply chain execution and contribute to operational efficiencyWhat you will bring:3–5 years of Supply Chain / Logistics experience (import/export and order management preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related fieldStrong ERP experience (SAP preferred; Power BI/analytics an advantage)Solid stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skillsCustomer focus and the ability to deliver results under tight timelinesFluency in English (written and spoken)Telecom/IT industry background is a plus, but candidates from FMCG or logistics are also encouraged to apply.Would you like to take a tour to “Life at Ericsson MEA”, visit short video https://youtu.be/3_O_MTt0PAY?si=HnqI4J3gpj2papL Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
