The whole team in Greece has close 30 employees and is looking for support. Our office is located in Athens and plays an important role for the Region Europe. This position is contracted through a thrid party company.What is the role about? As an Order Coordinator you play a crucial part in the success of operations. You ensure that the goods are delivered at the right place with all neded documents and that all stakeholders are aware of the progress of their order.Which tasks will you perform? You WillPlace orders and creating purchase orders via ERPCheck delivery time of orders and inform customersManage timing of delivering checking of status of shipment and requested/needed documents.Generate and process invoicesAllocate and track orders and returnsImplement and administer procedures to enhance operations and support in optimizing local logistic processesReceive, prioritize, process and identify incoming orders according to the sales policy and customer requirementsSupport the resolution of compliance and customer satisfaction processesData Entry to ERPSpecial handling of procedures for Projects / Key accountsImplement to ERP invoicing details of customers / ship to addressesArchive of orders and invoicesWhat do we expect from you?  YouSuccessfully passed an educational degree related with economics, financial, accounting or logisticsPosess a good knowledge of SAP / SBO, ERP environment, SalesForce, Microsoft officeHave gained 2-5 years experience in a similar roleBring good communication skills in Greek as well as English (spoken and written is a must)Are efficient and communicative and have an open personality with a very service and customer-oriented mindsetWhat can you expect from us? Limited contract for one year from a third party while working for Endress+Hauser in GreeceWe are a family-owned, highly committed company with a sustainable vision We promote lifelong learning with versatile training and further education opportunities, internal knowledge transfer and e-learningWe encourage Continuous Learning through language courses offered to our employees, promoting personal and professional development within our organizationWe prioritize Work-Life Balance and offer remote work opportunities to support our employees in maintaining a healthy balanceHow do you apply?
