Join us, and get better with every move.Job OverviewWithin the department responsible for vehicle deliveries, your role is crucial to ensuring the quality of services provided to our clients and their satisfaction. In constant interaction with other departments, suppliers, and clients, you report to the Delivery Supervisor.Issuing vehicle and accessory orders, forwarding them to suppliers, managing delivery timelines/delays, and confirming orders to clientsPlanning deliveries in collaboration with suppliers and clientsOrganizing the registration procedure in collaboration with our suppliers, local and international partnersOrder & Delivery Monitoring And ManagementPlace the vehicle order and ensure its proper executionSend order confirmations to customersMonitor delivery timelines and proactively inform customersOrganize the invoicing of PI (Proforma Invoices or similar)Organize the registration and delivery processManage administrative procedures related to registration (plate transfer, special plates, holder, external insurance, etc.)Assign subcontractors (anti-theft devices, winter tires, transport, accessories, etc.) and verify proper execution of tasksManage the service's operations, its interaction with other company departments, productivity, and quality deliveredEnsure continuous monitoring is carried outContribute to process improvement and communication with customersEnsure follow-up of satisfaction surveys in collaboration with the EasyDriving department and/or Supplier Relationship ManagerActively participate in project implementationMonitor changes to ordersActively participate in department meetingsIdentify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the quoting process.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to improve quote competitiveness.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, be at ease working with numbers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with pricing software or CRM systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously (prioritization, ability to work under pressure and handle stress)Preferred SkillsKnowledge of car leasing terms and regulatory standards.Experience with market research and data analysis tools.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Good knowledge of car industry/passion for cars is a plus.Work EnvironmentThis position requires working in a hybrid office-home settingFlexibility in hours may be needed to accommodate customer requests and deadlines.Why Ayvens?
