Order Fulfilment Coordinator

Position OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the key contact for our retail customers, delivering Best in Class service, building strong relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.You’ll play an integral role in managing customer orders end-to-end. From processing and coordinating deliveries to troubleshooting and resolving issues with speed and care.If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in clear communication and teamwork, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark!Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do: Track inventory levels to support timely dispatch and avoid shortfalls Coordinate the release of stock from warehouse for order fulfilment Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy Provide a high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders Develop and grow positive relationships with our retail customer base Proactive order management, investigations, and escalation Processing of customer orders in timely and efficient manner Overseeing daily delivery and pick ups for customer orders Proven ability to work autonomously while also collaborating positively within a team environment Work closely with our sales reps and warehouse team General administration duties as requiredExperience Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service operation with a similar scope and scale. Additional prior experience in a logistics or sales function is beneficial. Strong Microsoft office and CRM Systems Experience. Zendesk experience desirable.
