该职位来源于猎聘 Job Title : Order Fulfilment Planner Location : Shanghai Reports to : Planner ManagerMain Purpose of the Role ？ Customer Order fulfilment ？ BE Order planning？ BE PO follow up ？ Material management ？ Capacity management ？ Inventory managementKey Areas of Accountability:？ Fulfil customer order requirement ？ Diffusion plan 2 (Front-end), Back-end call off (PO#) management？ Capacity analysis, material analysis and management ？ Pull in /push out management to achieve sales target ？ Inventory review and storage location management ？ CLIP & RLIP tracking & improvement？ Consignment inventory management ？ Master data review and MRP related setup C．Requirements (Education, Experience, Technical Skills) ？ English reading and writing ？ Planning experience, understand SAP MRP logic ？ Be proactive, patient, hard-working, obliging, strong logic analysis ？ Domestic import and export experience is desirable ？ Competence on problem solving ？ Capability to work out proposal or solution when encounter the issue. ？ Familiar with SAP environment, excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis ？ Easy-going and well communication skill ？ 5-8 years related working experience in Semiconductor Industry. ？ Import & Export experience prefer ？ Fluent English, Mandarin ？ Education Requirements: ？ Colleague degree above ？ Logistic, Planning or supply chain management is preferred.Organisational Context:Main products/services/position in market？ The markets served are in the White Goods, DAP, Monitor/TV and Power Supply areas.Asia Pacific (China) will be the focus due to the higher growth rate, Europe and N.A. are the potential market growth market. ？ Competition is keen in the market; therefore, continuous innovation in improving the performance and reducing costs of our products is a key factor for maintaining and improving our competitive position. As a large proportion of the target customers are in China, we are increasing the presence of this function in our Shanghai office.
