Order Management Analyst

Title: Order Management SpecialistLocation: Hyderabad (Hybrid)Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 5 PM to 2 PMRole OverviewWe’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order processing and software license provisioning. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Support teams to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused delivery.Key Responsibilities:Process and validate customer orders with accuracy.Manage license creation, activation, and renewals.Resolve order or license-related issues in coordination with internal teams.Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or related field.3+ years of experience in order management or licensing operations.Strong experience with Salesforce.com (mandatory).Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Experience with SaaS or ERP systems is a plus.Join us and be part of a collaborative global team delivering exceptional customer experiences!
