What You Will DoProvide best-in-class customer service for both internal and external customers while:dealing with all types of requests received directly from customers including order bookings, complaints handling and solution support securing best supply solutions for customers in close cooperation with sales department, logistics, finance teams and other stakeholders from within the company to maintain daily business improving our internal processes as well as daily experience of our customers How You Will Do ItSales order procedureHandle customer purchase orders and create sales orders Cooperate with sales representatives.
