What you'll do:As an Order to Cash Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of the order process runs smoothly for clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve close coordination with various departments to guarantee timely delivery of goods, accurate documentation for banking compliance, and prompt resolution of any payment or stock allocation issues. Process orders from start to finish, including order management, document preparation for banking purposes, and ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.Allocate stock and batches to deliveries using FIFO principles while coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.Monitor payment issues such as advance payments and overdue accounts, proactively following up with customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.Initiate or request updates to master data including customer pricing and material information, maintaining accurate records within SAP systems.Assist with ad-hoc assignments, projects, and any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor to support overall business objectives.Respond promptly to emergency incidents such as customer complaints, providing effective feedback and solutions that enhance client trust and loyalty.Collaborate closely with internal and external parties to ensure all aspects of order fulfilment are addressed, especially when materials are in short supply.Handle complaints from customers or affiliates by implementing corrective and preventive actions that address root causes and prevent recurrence.Act as the main contact point for enquiries regarding order status, shipment details, documentation requirements, and overdue payments.Work collaboratively within the team to manage operational issues related to order processing while driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer service.
