The ideal candidate should have experience in Technical Support and work experience with different systems, software, and hardware.
ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage customer-reported technical issues from initial report to full resolutionResearch, diagnose, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issuesIdentify effective solutions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams following defined proceduresMaintain accurate records of all support interactions and ensure timely closure of ticketsAdhere to SLA commitments based on issue severityCollaborate with internal teams to continuously improve support processes and knowledge sharingRequirementsStrong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and various technology stacksWillingness to work in a technical support environment; prior experience is a plusHands-on experience with Linux and Windows environmentsComfortable working in shift-based schedulesWillingness to work between 20: 00-04:
