RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Exposure in the IT/ITES industries is an added advantage. In-depth understanding of the full talent acquisition life cycle, from candidate sourcing & attraction to on boarding.
Experience in IT end to end recruitment is a definite advantageProven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and HR software (a plus). Proficient in recruitment software & application tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
