Organic Social Media Marketing Expert

OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site.We are seeking to hire a forward thinking and proactive Organic Social Media Marketing Expert with a proven track record in growing organic following and engagement to: Develop and execute an engaging social media content strategy that will help us attract talent and businesses in the restaurant & hospitality industry. Create engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Be able to create high quality social media posts, including text, images, and video material. Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust approach to maximize results. Engage with the community through comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Ensure consistent messaging and visuals on all social media platforms. The GOALS for this position are to: Grow OysterLink’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok through consistent, high-quality content tailored to hospitality professionals. Drive qualified traffic from social channels to OysterLink site. Achieve high community engagement (e.g. by sharing real stories, behind-the-scenes content, and industry insights that spark conversation) Strengthen community loyalty by actively engaging with followers, candidates, and brands in the hospitality space. Use analytics to track performance, identify top-performing formats, and continuously refine the organic social strategy. Required skills: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns Excellent English speaking and writing skills Proven track record of growing brands organically – through pages you have managed, with measurable results to show.
