Job Description:Design and implement creative employee engagement programs aligned with company values throughout the employee journey across multiple touchpoints.Organize culture events, workshops, and team-building activities that foster collaboration, ownership, and appreciation.Develop & maintain effective internal communication channels to keep everyone informed and inspired.Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and follow-up action plans to foster connection, trust, and belonging.Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational culture and promote inclusion, collaboration, and well-being.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event planning and execution.Manage event logistics end-to-end, including budgeting, venue setup, program flow, communications, and post-event evaluation.Support other ad-hoc engagement projects as required.Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, employee engagement, internal corporate communications or related fields (experience in financial tech, e-commerce, or FMCG is a plus).Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.Proven ability to design and deliver employee engagement or communication programs.Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
