Organization Development & Employee Engagement Senior Specialist

Job Description

Job PurposeTo support the design and execution oforganizational development and employee engagement initiatives that strengthenSuperPay’s culture, boost performance, and enhance employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational DevelopmentAssist in implementing OD programs such as performance management cycles, career pathing, and competency frameworks.Support in analyzing structures, processes, and feedback to recommend improvement opportunities.Maintain updated org charts and assist with workforce planning and reports.Participate in HR process optimization projects and ensure alignment with company culture and strategy.Employee EngagementPlan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture campaigns.Collect and analyze engagement survey data and propose actionable insights.Manage internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet posts, etc.).Partner with teams to drive initiatives that improve satisfaction and retention.Organize internal events, celebrations, and CSR activities.Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring that company’s values are reflected in all people practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.2–3 years of experience in OD, Engagement, or HR roles (preferably in fintech or fast-paced industries).Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Proactive and creative mindset, passionate about culture and people.
