Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organization Development & Workforce Planning Consultant to lead the design and implementation of strategic workforce planning models and people-cost budgeting frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, advanced modeling capabilities, and a proven track record in supporting large-scale transformation or restructuring initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Workforce Planning & Budgeting:Design and implement workforce planning models aligned with business strategy.Develop people-cost budgeting frameworks integrated with financial cycles.Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.Organizational Development & Optimization:Provide insights on organizational structure, workforce mix, and productivity.Recommend optimization strategies to enhance workforce efficiency and agility.Align workforce plans with business growth targets and operational needs.Strategic Alignment & Execution:Collaborate with finance, HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment of workforce plans with strategic priorities.Support transformation and restructuring projects with data-driven workforce strategies.Candidate Profile:Minimum 8 years of experience in Organization Development and Workforce Planning.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Proven experience in scenario planning, cost modeling, and sensitivity analysis.Exposure to large-scale transformation or restructuring projects.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Consulting background is highly preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.Certifications in workforce planning, organizational design, or financial modeling are a plus.
