This role ensures that development programs are aligned with engagement strategies, empowering employees to feel valued, connected, and motivated to contribute to organizational success.JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or Organization CommunicationWith at least 6 months to 1 year work-related experienceWith exposure in Planning, Organizing, and Executing Employee EventsHas related exposure in Training and DevelopmentFamiliar with data management techniques and tools
