Job Title - Organizational Change and Communications ConsultantLocation - RemoteRole Type - Contract (6 months, 40 hours/week)Must Have Skills:

5–10 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or business transformation (internal or consulting roles)Demonstrated ability to design and deliver creative, pragmatic change solutions that drive real behavioral changeExceptional written communication skills with mastery of grammar, concise messaging, and AP writing styleExperience translating complex concepts into engaging, impactful communicationsNice to have: prior experience in the media or entertainment industryResponsibilities and Job Details:

Support an enterprise-wide vendor reduction and process improvement initiative for a major media companyLead communication and change management strategy to support business transformation goalsTranslate complex business and technical concepts into clear, actionable messagingPartner closely with stakeholders to drive employee understanding and adoption of new processesCreate and implement communication plans, change readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement strategiesCraft compelling content including presentations, FAQs, announcements, and leadership messagingDrive alignment across departments by simplifying narratives and clarifying the “why” behind organizational changesServe as a change ambassador, helping teams navigate ambiguity with clarity and confidenceApply proven change models and frameworks to ensure sustainability of change effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, operations, and executive leadershipSupport occasional travel needs (up to one trip during the contract period)Report to senior leadership with regular updates on engagement, effectiveness, and impact of change initiatives.
