Organizational Development OfficerContributes to the OD plans and programs that are aligned to the OD strategy to improve overall organizational performance and effectiveness.Identifies, diagnoses, and plans initiatives that would address organizational/job design or process issues to improve efficiency and productivity.Provides guidance to HRBP and their accounts across a spectrum of OD interventions—including organization assessment, organization design, job design, process engineering, and change management.Recommends designs and organizational assessments that fit the situation and scope of the transformation challenge with the use of research, exploration, education, and hypothesis formation.Undertakes research and development in relation to organizational development, including horizon scanning of upcoming good practice, benchmarking with other organizations/industries to add value to the internal OD services, and triangulation of data to provide meaningful analysis of organizational trends.Promotes the assimilation of organizational development best practices and processes through education, partnership, and consultation.Maintains the job description and table of organizations library and coordinates with the HRBP for timely updates.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in organizational development or effectiveness.Proven experience in organizational design, structure review, and change management.Willingness to conduct offsite fieldwork as needed.Open to a hybrid work setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.Jollibee Foods Corporation is the hiring entity for this requisition.
