Job Summary:The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness by developing agile, scalable structures and applying advanced HR analytics to support data-driven decisions. This role ensures alignment between workforce strategies and business objectives, driving operational efficiency, compliance, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Organizational Design and OptimizationAssess and optimize organizational structures to improve reporting lines, clarify roles, and enhance resource utilization across departments.Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, including job leveling, succession planning, and capacity modeling, to support organizational transformation.Recommend structural and process improvements to strengthen collaboration, agility, and efficiency in partnership with senior management and department leaders.Design competency frameworks and organizational charts that align roles and responsibilities with industry standards and strategic goals.Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new structures through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.HR Analytics and InsightsAnalyze workforce data to identify patterns, forecast future talent needs, and deliver actionable insights for strategic HR initiatives such as retention, engagement, and leadership development.Develop data-driven reports and presentations for leadership, linking analytics to business performance and cost optimization.Leverage analytics to validate organizational design recommendations and measure the impact of implemented changes.Qualifications and Experience:Education: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Certification in HR Analytics (e.g., SHRM People Analytics, CIPD Analytics) or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.Experience: 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years focused on organizational design and/or HR analytics.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in HRIS, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with statistical analysis tools and organizational design software (e.g., Visio, OrgPlus).Soft Skills:Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.Proven project management capability to drive transformation initiatives under tight deadlines.Key Competencies:Organizational Design Expertise: Ability to develop scalable and efficient structures aligned with business priorities.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Skill in converting complex data into actionable organizational and HR strategies.Change Management: Ability to implement structural and cultural changes effectively with minimal disruption.Compliance and Ethics: Ensures all analytics and design practices align with organizational policies and legal standards.Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve transformational outcomes.
