You’ll be the glue for our small, high-performing team, and the one whosets the business up to scale. You’ll extract the CEO’s strategic vision and lock it into daily operatingsystems, team rhythm, and commercial outcomes. This is a 12-month full-time role, with a clear 8-month contract-to-impact runway.
We’re open on structure - fixed-term employment or fractional contract -but it’s fully on-site, deeply embedded, and hands-on.
