Together we work towards an even healthier future. About The PositionAre you a logistics leader passionate about operational excellence, digital transformation, and cross-border collaboration? We seek a strategic and hands-on Director of Logistics to lead our end-to-end logistics operations in Sweden and drive seamless integration across our Nordic network. As Director of Logistics, you will take full responsibility for the logistics function at our main Swedish site while ensuring alignment and collaboration with our operations in Finland.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance (GDP/GMP), high performance, and customer satisfaction while championing digitalization, sustainability, and LEAN practices across the supply chain. You will lead and develop a high-performing logistics team across multiple sites, manage service providers, and act as the primary logistics liaison between Sweden and the wider Nordic organization. You’ll work closely with supply chain, quality, and procurement teams, contributing to strategic planning and business success. Location: Stockholm/EnköpingKey ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end logistics operations in Sweden and support Nordic-wide alignment.

Ensure full compliance with GDP and GMP standards and maintain audit readiness. Drive operational excellence through automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement. Deliver on key KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Manage logistics service providers and ensure contractual and performance targets are met. Build and lead a high-performing logistics team across locations and functions. Collaborate across functions and borders to support strategic supply chain planning.
