With 1,200 employees across two production sites, we export 94% of our production to 136 countries through a network of 24 subsidiaries and sales offices.Working at Lutosa means joining an internationally oriented company while maintaining a family spirit, where innovation and excellence are at the heart of our ambitions.FunctionAs an OT Manager, you are responsible for the management, support, and development of industrial automation systems and OT infrastructures, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Your Main Responsibilities IncludeExecuting and managing IT/OT-oriented projects professionally, in close collaboration with the existing IT/OT team, and aligned with current architecture, manufacturing, and business processes. Assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT/OT systems, including networks and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), up to full industrial IT/OT systems. Contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of various SCADA applications (FactoryTalk, Siemens WinCC, OPC, OSIsoft PI, etc.) as well as MES/MOM apps, Intrion, LIMS, flow management systems, etc. Demonstrating the ability to resolve IT/OT issues and provide sustainable solutions. Collaborating with, training, and supporting people across various related departments. Monitoring and supporting automation and digitalization projects, including deployment and improvement of automated reporting and dashboards. Participating in continuous improvement projects and supervising program modifications for existing facilities/applications. Fostering a collaborative environment, involving both internal and external resources (vendors/consultants). ProfileEducation: Industrial or civil engineer with a specialization in automation, electromechanics, and IT.Required experience: Proven experience in direct or indirect support to control systems (PLC, MES, PI, etc.) and automation.
