Duties & responsibilitiesDevelop project plan according to company processes and project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)Assemble project team and coordinate internal resources as well as external partners, subcontractors and suppliersProvide leadership and motivation to project teamAccurate and timely reporting to clients and managementChange Management (Scope, Schedule, Cost) according to company policiesPerform Risk Management and escalate issues effectively in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain Project Documentation according to company policiesRequired SkillsBachelor's or Master’s degree Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fieldAt least three (3) years experience in the ICT field (project management, technical or pre-sales)Customer and goal orientedStrategic thinking and strong business acumenAbility to work under pressureKnowledge of project management standards and methodologiesClient-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent in Greek and English language (C2 level)MS Office, MS ProjectMilitary obligations fulfilledAdditional SkillsExperience working at a Technology Provider or ICT IntegratorExperience in Public Sector projects and relevant legal frameworkNetwork Engineer Certification (Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, etc.
