They’re scaling fast and looking for a growth marketing generalist to help drive acquisition and build full-funnel campaigns from scratch. This is a high-impact, autonomous role in a startup built on execution, transparency, and speed. About The RoleYou’ll be their first dedicated Growth Marketer — a strategic "Swiss army knife" who thrives across the funnel. From running Facebook and Reddit ads to building landing pages and optimizing conversions, you’ll work across multiple platforms and be directly responsible for growth outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook, Reddit, and others) Build and test landing pages that convert Own the entire customer acquisition funnel — from idea to execution Work closely with the founder and product team to align on messaging and audience Report on KPIs and iterate rapidly based on results Ideal Candidate2–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing Strong knowledge of Facebook and Reddit Ads Proven ability to build and optimize funnels from scratch Comfortable with landing page tools (Webflow, Unbounce, etc. ) Highly autonomous, execution-oriented, and proactive Excellent written English; writing-first thinker Bonus:
