About The RoleWe are looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant with a background in sales and social media management who thrives working remotely and independently. This full-time, remote position offers a dynamic role supporting executive-level administration, sales activities, and brand presence while collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable with video interviews and creating engaging social media content. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination. Organize and conduct video interviews with clients, candidates, and stakeholders. Assist sales efforts by preparing presentations, updating CRM systems, and supporting lead generation and follow-ups.

Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. ) to enhance brand visibility. Coordinate internal and external communications and follow-ups as needed. Handle general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. RequirementsProven experience in Marketing, Social media, Sales, or similar administrative role. Background in sales with an understanding of sales processes. Experience managing social media accounts for a business or personal brand. Comfortable speaking on camera and conducting video interviews. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Tech-savvy, proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM platforms.
