As part of UNFOLD Asia’s fast-growing media brands, nOm and 风和日丽 Sunnysideupsg, this role is responsible for driving audience reach, brand growth, and product adaptability by leading high-performing creative teams and collaborative cross-functional environments. You will spearhead end-to-end social media content development — from research and trend-tracking to ideation, production and publishing — with a strong eye for audience insights, platform performance, and monetisation opportunities. You will play a strategic role in incubating new formats and products, identifying emerging content trends, guiding innovation pipelines, and working closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise efforts that strengthen brand identity, revenue, and long-term desirability.
You will also represent the brands in external partner, client, and audience-facing events to continually expand their footprint across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities: Lead and grow a team of creatives and executives, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environmentDiscover and implement solutions to drive growth, revenue, and executional excellence for incubation teamsEnd-to-end production of a diversity of social media content (Research, Pre-Production, Production, Post, SEO, Publishing)Research and identify emerging content trends, audience behaviours, and partnership prospects. Plan, prioritise and execute product development and innovation activities. Represent the company in client, partner, and audience-facing events and networking sessions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise tasks and ensure successful product implementation. Requirements: Proven experience in brand building, content development, and audience growth within digital media. Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing and nurturing creative and executional teams. Excellent organisational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Demonstrated capability in managing timelines, budgets, and hitting brand/revenue targets. Deep understanding of social and content platforms, including emerging trends and monetisation levers. Fluency in Mandarin (written & spoken) to engage Chinese-language audiences, stakeholders, and partners/Prior exposure to food-focused media, culinary/consumer trends, or product development in F&B/lifestyle spaces.
