This role ensures content quality, compliance with guidelines, and supports the overall growth strategy by increasing engagement and conversions through accurate and timely execution.·        Enter, review, and publish ads on the platform according to company guidelines.·        Moderate content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with policies.·        Support outbound content-related tasks such as calls and customer follow-ups when required.·        Use Odoo dashboards and internal tools to monitor performance and track assigned tasks.·        Escalate unclear cases or violations to the Content Growth Team Leader.·        Contribute feedback for continuous process improvement and efficiency.·        Collaborate with other departments (Customer Support, Sales, QA) to resolve content-related issues.·        Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, ad entry, publishing, and quality compliance.Qualifications·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.·        Proficient in English and Arabic (reading and writing).·        1–2 years of experience in call center, publishing, or digital operations preferred.·        Ability to work with CRM and reporting dashboards (Odoo is a plus).·        Organized, reliable, and results-oriented.
