Outbound Call Representative

We’re looking for an Outbound Call Representative to support U.S.-based home service franchise brands. These companies provide residential and commercial services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, fencing, and other exterior maintenance solutions. In this role, your primary responsibility is to reach out to potential customers, respond to inquiries, and guide them toward booking a service. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, performing a mix of customer support and sales, with a strong emphasis on upselling and helping customers find the right service and options for their needs. If you enjoy speaking with people, are organized, and have experience in outbound sales or customer support, especially in home services or a call center setting, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to potential customers. Respond to inbound calls, messages, or email from homeowners. Understand customer needs and recommend the right services. Help customers book, reschedule, or follow up on service appointments.Troubleshoot simple concerns and escalate issues when needed.Keep clear and updated records of each interaction in the CRM.Meet daily or weekly goals for calls, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.Requirements:3+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role.1+ year of experience working in a remote/WFH setup.Experience as a Team Leader of Subject Matter Expert.Excellent verbal and written English communication.Comfortable using tools like RingCentral, Service Minder, or similar CRM/VoIP tools.Able to use web tools such as Google Maps and Zillow to review customer properties.Strong multitasking and organizational skills when handling calls, emails, and CRM updates.Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure, especially during high call volume.Willingness to work full-time during U.S. business hours with some schedule flexibility.Bonus if you’ve handled service-type roles in home maintenance, cleaning, repairs, building, or similar fields. Salary and Benefits:Base salary: 55k PHP per month.Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays.100% WFH.Flexible work arrangements and supportive team environment.
