We’re looking for a proactive, phone-first Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our client’s fast-growing team in the solar energy consultancy space.You’ll be making 80–100 outbound calls daily to homeowners and contractors across the U.S., ensuring documents are submitted on time, appointments are confirmed, and processes keep moving. Confirm project milestones, gather missing documents, schedule follow-ups, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.CRM Logging: Accurately log every call in HubSpot, including call outcome, sentiment, next steps, and relevant details.Customer Relationship Management: Own the customer’s case from start to finish. Send summary emails, coordinate internally, and ensure timely resolution.Performance Targets: Hit weekly KPIsCustomer Advocacy: Act as the “voice of the customer” by surfacing repeated issues and suggesting process improvements.Who You AreYou have 1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound calling—whether in call centers, inside sales, or customer service. You’re comfortable making 80–120 calls a day, handling follow-ups, and staying sharp through rejection.You speak fluent English (bonus if you also speak Spanish), and you’re confident on the phone from the very first sentence. You listen actively, take great notes, and always log your calls.You're tech-savvy (familiar with tools like HubSpot or Zendesk), highly organized, and metrics-driven. You thrive in fast-paced environments, solve problems with empathy, and never let quality slip—even on your 90th call of the day.
