Now we’re expanding our leadership team with founding Outbound Lead Generation Manager to scale what’s working and shape the next phase of growth.THE ROLEYou’ll be the operational brain behind Startupr’s outbound engine - design and execute multichannel lead-gen systems, manage data and deliverability, and collaborate with the CEO and SDRs to optimize performance.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Design, launch, and manage outbound sequences in Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator• Source and enrich data from ZoomInfo, Clay, Cognism, Clearbit, PhantomBuster, or similar tools• Oversee deliverability health, domain setup, and email warm-up systems (Warmup Inbox, Mailreach)• Build and A/B test cold-email templates, call scripts, and multichannel workflows• Define and track KPIs (reply %, positive reply %, meeting rate, bounce %, connect %)• Collaborate with SDRs and founders to align messaging, ICP, and list quality• Develop repeatable processes and playbooks for list sourcing, QA, compliance, and reporting• Gradually hire, train, and manage a small team of SDRs and data specialistsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR• 3-8 years in B2B outbound, SDR operations, or lead generation (agency, SaaS, or provider side)• Mastery of the modern outbound stack: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, HubSpot, and dialers (Orum, Salesfinity, Nooks)• Proven ability to launch from scratch - domains, sequences, data enrichment, automation flows• Deep understanding of deliverability, personalization, and data accuracy• Strong analytical mindset - optimizes by data, not intuition• Startup mentality - scrappy, independent, fast, resourceful• Excellent written communication and understanding of cold-outreach psychologyWHAT WE OFFER• 3% equity with standard vesting (1-year cliff)• Uncapped commission tied to meetings and revenue generated• Salary introduced after ~3–4 months as we scale and close funding• Direct impact: shape outbound strategy, tool stack, and team culture• Fully remote, async-friendly, outcome-driven environment• Work directly with the founder; influence product and GTM direction⚠️ This is an equity + commission-only role during the first 3–4 months.Ideal for someone with personal runway who wants to build a company from the ground up with real ownership.WHY JOIN STARTUPR• Real equity and upside from day one• Transparent commission structure - every meeting and client counts• The founding team works on the same performance terms• Fast experimentation culture - we ship, measure, and iterate• Big-picture mission: building next-gen infrastructure for revenue growth
