Outbound Sales Representative

As we continue to expand our presence in Egypt, we are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our outbound sales team.Key Responsibilities* Make outbound telesales calls to prospective international clients.* Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPls).* Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service on each call.* Accurately maintain and update records of customer interactions.* Collaborate with the wider sales team to improve outreach strategies and outcomes.Candidate Requirements* Prior experience in telesales or outbound calling is essential.* Fluency in English is a must.* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to meet performance metrics and manage time effectively.* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Compensation Total Package 20,000 EGP* Basic Salary: 15,000 EGP* Transportation Allowance: 3,000 EGP* Performance & Adherence Bonus: 2,000 EGP* Commission: 350 - 540 USD
