OverviewWhite Label Agency (WLA) provides white label WordPress development services to digital agencies, mainly located in the US.Our team has produced 5,000+ WordPress builds to date and has grown from a team of 1 developer in 2013 to our current size of 150+ WordPress Professionals.We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers in the US, scheduling appointments with potential clients, providing them with information about our services, and ensuring that our sales team has a steady stream of qualified leads.The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and most importantly, a sales drive.Business language: English (no Swedish required)Position type: On-site, full-time (Monday–Friday)Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniquesConduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments with our sales teamBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, track all interactions with leads, and keep the records updated in our CRM systemProvide product or service information to potential customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through excellent communication skillsMeet sales targets and KPIs, achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotasAttend international events and industry conferences on behalf of the company to get quality leadsCollaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and appointmentsSupport a WLA preferred partnership program and referral programStay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and differentiate our offeringsQualificationsAt least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in outbound salesFluency in English (written and spoken)Familiarity with CRM software and sales toolsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence in making outbound calls and overcoming objectionsExceptional self-management and organizational skillsAbility to travel in the US and EuropeExperience working in the US market is a plusExperience in consultancy, sales, or SaaS is a plusWLA Vision, Mission and Core ValuesVisionOur vision is to contribute to a “bright future”for our customers, our community, our team, and ourselves.MisionOur mission is to provide subscription-based consultancy services to digital agencies.
